Ingredients

6 Avocados, fresh, ripe
1 cup Cilantro, fresh, chopped
¼ cup Lime juice
2 tsp. Salt

Preparation

In a food processor, blend the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Transfer to a bowl and fold in cilantro.
