Serving Size: 8 ounces

Ingredients

1 pound Penne pasta
4 cups Water
1 teaspoon Salt

Pesto
½ pound Fresh basil leaves
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
2 cups Olive oil
½ cup Fresh garlic
2 tablespoons Salt

Preparation

Pesto
1. Blend basil, walnuts, garlic, oil and salt until creamy.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Pasta
3. Cook pasta al dente.
4. Toss pasta and pesto together.
5. Serve.
